Honestly, I am quite improving in adding the details to the face, as for the hair, I'm experimenting some methods and it seems to work, not what I expect though, but it's good enough to see the hair details. Though I do see something odd about the details, probably the face shape. Hopefully you manage to see the likeness of Andrew Lincoln.
